This is to certify that M/s InstaSine has supplied, installed and commissioned their IGBT based i - Sine Active Harmonic Filter. Since more than a year, i - Sine AHF has been maintaining the plant input current distortion levels below 3% all time, and balancing the three-phase input currents. We are highly satisfied with the M/s InstaSine in terms of their product performance, reliability, and preventive maintenance visits.
In early 2018, a 3-phase 4-wire i - Sine AHF from M/s InstaSine was commissioned for balancing three-phase input currents, and elimination of neutral current at the transformer secondary. In addition to performing these tasks, i - Sine AHF has also been maintaining the HT side power factor close to unity and eliminating harmonics in the load current. Thereby, we are able to get the full incentive being offered by MSEDCL. We are very satisfied with the performance of i - Sine AHF form M/s InstaSine.
M/s InstaSine has implemented full inverter based i - Sine AHF solution at Engineering components and equipments. With this unit, the plant power factor on HT side is being maintained unity. Moreover, plant current hamronics are being cancelled to achieve sinusoidal input currents. We are satisfied with the performance of this full inverter-based solution from M/s InstaSine.
M/s InstaSine has supplied, installed and commissioned their i - Sine AHFs at two critical power distribution panels at Navi Mumbai. Further to the installation of these i - Sine AHFs in March-2018, the incomer current THDs are being maintained below 3% with reduced voltage THDs at load ends, balanced three-phase current and single-digit neutral current. We are satisfied with the performance of i - Sine AHFs. We also appreciate the technical prowess and the progressive approach of the M/s InstaSine’s team.
